Recipe for chocolate cookies seeds

Cookies Chocolate-seeds.

For 12 cookies. Preparation <20 min (+ Rest: 1 night). Cooking 15 min


110g soft butter

70 g brown sugar

40 g granulated white sugar

200 g of spelled flour

1 tsp. for food baking coffee

1 egg

1 vanilla pod

120 g dark chocolate chips

100 g of sunflower seed, pumpkin, sesame


1. The day before, make your cookie dough. Beater, beat the butter with the sugar and brown sugar. Flatten the vanilla bean with the back of a knife, then open it with the tip. Scrape the pod to extract the seeds.

2. Mix the egg with a spatula, baking soda, vanilla seeds, chocolate chips and sunflower seeds, pumpkin and sesame with spelled flour. Then knead by hand.

3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, store it in the refrigerator for 1 night.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Make some of the walnut-sized balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. With the palm of your hand, flatten them.

5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies are golden. Let cool before storing in an airtight container to keep them.
